Alena Joregensen, the owner of HomeBase Appraisal Management will be the speaker. She’s been working directly with Fannie Mae for over a year now in preparation for this major change to the UAD 3.6 Appraisal Format. 

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is sponsoring this event which will be held at HCC's Shears Technology Center. Radley has made all the arrangements and we are helping spread the word and collect the registrations as lunch will be provided and we need a headcount! These are big changes in the appraisal process and everyone needs to learn about them. This is the first major change in 22 years! It could impact every deal that includes a loan after effective date. Come and learn about the changes from someone who has been involved in the process!
